Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of bank validation credit packs offered by Moustique Sylvain, sole trader, operating the BankValidor service, to any user (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on bankvalidor.com.

Article 3 — Product Description

BankValidor offers credit packs granting access to the international bank validation API (IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, US routing numbers, UK sort codes). Each credit corresponds to one validation request.

Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Moustique Sylvain is not subject to VAT (French small business VAT exemption, art. 293 B CGI).

Article 4 — Order and Payment Methods

Orders are placed online from the Customer's personal account. Two payment methods are accepted:

• Stripe — payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). The order is confirmed immediately upon payment confirmation by Stripe.
• Wise — SEPA bank transfer to BankValidor's Wise account. The order is confirmed upon receipt of the transfer (usual delay: 1–2 business days). The provided transfer reference (format BV-XXXXXX) is mandatory.

Wise orders expire 7 days after creation. After this period, the order is cancelled and any received transfer will be refunded.

Article 5 — Credit Delivery

Credits are activated on the Customer's account immediately upon payment confirmation (Stripe) or upon receipt of the transfer (Wise). Credits are valid indefinitely, cumulate across packs, and are non-refundable once activated.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires. By placing an order, the Customer expressly agrees that credits are activated immediately and thereby waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 7 — Limitation of Liability

BankValidor is a validation assistance tool. Results provided are indicative and do not constitute financial or legal advice. BankValidor shall not be liable for decisions made based on its results, nor for indirect losses or damages arising from use of the service. Moustique Sylvain's liability is in any case limited to the amount of the purchased pack.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the BankValidor service (code, algorithms, databases, interface) are the exclusive property of Moustique Sylvain and are protected by intellectual property laws. The purchase of credits does not transfer any rights over these elements.

Article 9 — Personal Data

Data collected during the order (name, email, address) are processed by Moustique Sylvain as data controller, for the purpose of contract performance and invoicing. They are not sold to third parties. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and port their data, by emailing [email protected].

Article 10 — Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the Customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
